Tim Janzen has been a Notary Public for almost 20 years. Tim specializes in land and property transactions. Prior to becoming a Notary Public, Tim worked with his father, Ernie Janzen, making Tim a second generation Notary Public. Along with Ernie, Tim previously owned and operated an insurance agency. Tim is also a former pilot.

Carmen Langstaff has been a Notary Public for more than 11 years, having taken over Leona Messer's practice on her retirement. Another second generation Notary Public, Carmen specializes in land and property transactions. Carmen worked with her brother Tim Janzen and her father, Ernie Janzen in their notarial practice prior to becoming a Notary Public herself. Carmen is an avid gardener and boater.

A third generation Notary Public, Larry has been practising since June, 2001. He spent the last 9 years working in Princeton in a partnership with his father, Lawrence E. Stevens Sr. As well, Larry's uncle James L. Robinson is a practicing Notary Public in Coquitlam. Married with three children, Larry is excited to have moved to Westbank and enjoys working with The Notary Group and its clientele.

Linda Caisley has worked in the legal services industry, in several different capacities and locations, for the past 25 years. Linda took over John Stringer's practise in May 2008 on his retirement. Her specialty is in drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other estate planning documents. She has also worked for several years with a number of large charities as an estate planner and fundraiser, and helping people manage their private foundations. Linda also holds the Certified Financial Planner designation.
